Hot or Cold Facial Compression Towel. A bathroom staple, a re-usable compression towel to have at home for steam facials, cold compression or to help with heat/cold stress relief.

Used hot, opens up pores to let nutrients in. Apply your favourite serum/moisturizer or both, and apply hot towel over the face and relax for a great at home facial.

Hot compress:

1: put the facial towel into hot water to soak and wring it dry,

2: Soak the facial towel with water and use it with a face steamer;

OR:

wet towel and wring out, put the facial towel into a microwave oven (50OW-600W) to heat for 30 seconds and wring to dry. and apply to face when at correct temperature.

Hot or cold not only for steam facials, but great for headaches, migraines, eye strain, stress, to help cool down in summer, many uses!

Cold compress: soak the facial towel and wring it dry, place into a large zip lock bag and put it into the fridge for when needed.
